We offer refunds or replacements only if reported within 14 days of purchase and if one of the following applies:

• The bouquet arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered

• The wrong item was delivered

• A quality issue is present at the time of delivery

To qualify, customers must provide:

• Order number

• Photo proof of the issue

• Report submitted within 14 days of receiving the bouquet

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom or large orders may require additional time.

Please note:
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on: Delivery address, Package weight & size, and selected shipping speed.
